Saltwater Wine Board Club Battle

The Saltwater Wine Mid North Coast Board Club Battle, held at Town Beach on September 14 and 15, was nothing short of thrilling. Sponsored by Patrick Auto Groups, Tacking Point Tavern, and PMSRC, the event saw board clubs from Woolgooga, Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Port Macquarie, North Haven, Saltwater, Forster and Boomerang clash for bragging rights and cash prizes.

Saturday's Senior Division was fiercely competitive. Teams from Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Woolgooga, and Saltwater were the last standing after intense heats.

Coffs Harbour's Creed Smart posted an impressive 6.37 to set the pace, with Rosie Smart contributing a solid 5.03. Port Macquarie, led by Judd Brown’s 6.90 and Mitchell Van Der Veer’s 6.63, mounted a comeback, but in the final moments, Creed Smart outscored Brown by just 1 point, securing Coffs' victory.
